We specialise in commercial building maintenance works and working at heights. Our business activities are predominantly in the Lower North Island but have worked as far afield as Auckland right down to Bluff. We offer full building repair works with Qualified licensed building practitioners, plumbers and electricians. Our project management team can take care of your project from start to finish weather it be a basic building wash or a full roof and cladding replacement.
Property Wash
During maintenance cleaning our staff cover every inch of the building and can identify issues that are in need of repair. Our cost effective safe cleaning methods are ideal for eradicating Moss, Mould, Lichen and environmental Grime that has grown or accumulated on buildings. We use various methods of cleaning that are highly effective long term, and offer quick removal of destructive surface materials and preventative maintenance solutions to extend the lifespan of your property. Building repairs on surfaces that have been attacked by Moss, Mould, Lichen and environmental Grime are extremely expensive compared to the fraction of the cost for regular maintenance cleaning. It makes sense to protect your investment.
We are able to access most building from the ground (up to 9 meters high) with our specialised high access equipment. This keeps cost down in requiring expensive high access machines for Large buildings and difficult to access areas.
We also offer roof and gutter maintenance services where we adhere to all current Health and Safety and Working at Heights requirements with required certificates for this kind of work.
